Kia, Nokia, Ikea

We had our first Ikea experience a few weeks ago. We sold our bedroom set before we moved because we never really liked it and the legs were wobbly and wouldn't have done well in a cross-country move. So I hit up Ikea and found some new bedroom furniture and a white twin size bed for with drawers for Cailey. I was quite impressed by the prices and quality. I do think that store could benefit from some sort of subway system though, I felt like I was walking forever to get checkout :) We ended up getting two night stands, a dresser, bed frame, bed, and mirror. It ended up being 12 of those thin surprisingly heavy boxes. We opted to try and build it ourselves. We built it on three different nights and it ended up being around 10 hours of labor but in the end we got pretty good at it. Fortunately they seem to have a pattern. This cartoon cracks me up and bring me back to those furniture building parties!
